About this tour
A 7-hour combo that hits the two most iconic La Fortuna spots without the longer Hanging Bridges add-on. Start with a 4 km guided hike on the El Silencio Trail at the base of Arenal Volcano, walking through primary rainforest and ancient volcanic lava flows. After the hike, descend the 530 steps to the base of La Fortuna Waterfall — a 70-meter cascade you can swim in. Wrap up with a traditional Costa Rican lunch at a local restaurant before your hotel drop-off.
